2020 UEFA Euro Schedule in Eastern Time (ET)

UEFA Euro is a quadrennial football tournament that features top teams from Europe. This tournament is considered the second most popular international football tournament after the FIFA World Cup.  The 16^th edition of the UEFA Euro is scheduled from June 11, 2021, to July 11, 2021, in 11 different venues across 11 different host cities. The 2020 Euro was initially scheduled to take place from June 12, 2020, to July 12, 2020, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic the tournament is rescheduled to take place from June 11, 2021, to July 11, 2021.

A total of 24 teams will feature in the competition, these teams will be divided into 6 groups of 4 teams each. Initially, the matches will be played in a round-robin format while later on the tournament will be played in knockout format. During the Group Stage, all teams will get three matches which means they will face all the other teams of their group. Thereafter, based on the performance in the group stage, 16 teams will progress to the knockout stage.

For most of the venues the local kickoff time will be Central European Summer Time which is two hours ahead of Universal Coordinated Time (UTC) while the Eastern Daylight Time (EDT) or Eastern Standard Time (EST) is four hours behind the UTC, this results in a time difference of 6 hours, Hence, we converted the match kick-off timing of all the matches to UTC-4:00. The schedule in the table below is useful for fans from the US, Canada, and Mexico. During the entire duration of 2020 Euro, Daylight saving time will be in use, so we have provided the match schedule for all 51 matches in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

The opening match of the 2020 Euro will be played between Turkey and Italy on June 11, 2021, at 3:00 PM EDT at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome while the final match of the tournament will be played on July 11, 2021, at 3:00 PM EDT at the Wembley Stadium in London.
