2020 UEFA Euro Schedule in West Africa Time (WAT)

The 16^th edition of the UEFA Euro also know as the World Cup of Europe is around the corner, so get ready to witness another spectacular footballing event when the top 24 teams will fight for the Euro Cup from June 11, 2021, to July 11, 2021, in 11 different venues across 11 different host cities. The tournament was initially scheduled from June 12, 2020, to July 12, 2020, however, due to the ongoing pandemic the tournament was rescheduled from June 11, 2021, to July 11, 2021.

As stated earlier 24 teams will take part in the competition, these teams will be divided into 6 groups of 4 teams each. The matches will be played in round-robin and knockout format. During the group stage, each team will get 3 matches and based on the performance in the group stage the teams will be drawn for the knockout stage of the competition.

As the name suggests the tournament is mainly between the European teams, however, there are a lot of football lovers in West Africa who would like to watch the 2020 Euro. So we decided to provide you with the Match Schedule of the 2020 UEFA Euro in West African Time (WAT) for all the 51 matches so that you can follow each and every match of the competition. The West African Time is 1 hour ahead of UTC accordingly we have converted the match kick-off time as per WAT. The schedule is helpful for persons living in Algeria, Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Chad, the Democratic Republic of the Congo (western side only), Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Morocco, Niger, Nigeria, Republic of the Congo, Tunisia and Western Sahara.

The opening match of the 2020 UEFA Euro will be played on June 11, 2021, at 8:00 PM WAT between Turkey and Italy at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome while the 2020 UEFA Euro Final will be played on July 11, 2021, at 8:00 PM WAT at the Wembley Stadium in London.
