2019 Cricket World Cup Schedule in Arabia Standard Time (AST)

The 2019 Cricket World Cup is fast approaching, with a countable number of days left for the tournament to start which is scheduled from May 30, 2019 to July 14, 2019 in England and Wales. So, get ready for 48 exciting cricket matches which will be played across 11 venues across England and Wales.

Cricket World Cup is undoubtedly one of the biggest single sports events on the planet and the global viewership is just second to the FIFA World Cups. The tournament is organized by (International Cricket Council) ICC once in a period of 4 years and the matches are played in ODI format in which each team gets designated 50 overs to score as many runs as it can and then try to restrict the opponent to less than the number of runs they have made in order to win the match. In the 2019 Cricket World Cup, 10 teams will take part and these teams are pooled in a single group where each team will face all nine other teams once during the group stage. Top four teams based on the group stage performance will advance to the knockout stage. Prior to the 2019 Cricket World Cup, eleven Cricket World Cup has been played so far and Australia have emerged as the most successful team with 5 titles while India and West Indies have 2 titles to their name, Pakistan and Sri Lanka won the tournament once.

A number of cricket enthusiast fans live in Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Yemen and undoubtedly they want to follow each and every match of their favourite team during the upcoming 2019 Cricket World Cup in England and Wales. However, as the tournament is scheduled in the United Kingdom, the matches will start as per British Summer Time while these countries (Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Yemen) use Arabia Standard Time. So keeping this in mind we have decided to provide the match schedule of all the 48 matches of Cricket World Cup 2019 in Arabia Standard Time. The Arabia Standard Time is used in many Middle East Countries such as Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Yemen.

The opening match of the competition will be played on May 30, 2019 at 12:30 PM Arabia Standard Time between South Africa and hosts England at the Oval in London while the final match will be played between the two semifinal winners on July 14, 2019 at 12:30 PM AST at Lord’s in London.
